The Executive College was relocated to the entire third floor of a shopping centre to accommodate its’ expansion. This required the existing shop-lots of the floor to be emptied and converted into classrooms and mini lecture halls.

The Client intended to give the college a new and vibrant look to accommodate the exuberant crowd that would utilise the premises. To reflect this, we introduced bright colours with a mixture of different materials and textures to the floor and wall surfaces. We also tried reusing the existing structure and elements that were left behind by the previous tenants, and incorporated them into the design.
