Our client approached us with a simple brief for his first dental clinic – a warm and inviting space that was efficient in terms of spatial layout and a unique visual presence.
Situated in an existing commercial complex of shophouses, one of the challenges faced for this tight shop lot was to fulfil the number of rooms required without sacrificing natural light and spaciousness. By utilising a minimal material palette of light-coloured wood, white-washed walls, mirrors and glass and natural terrazzo stone, we were able to carve out spaces that made use of the site’s advantages.
Our scope of works included submissions for authority approvals, graphic designs for logos, signages and way-finding, detail drawings for tender and construction, as well as basic lighting design.
