Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia Sarawak Chapter (PAMSC) is an institution representing the architectural profession in Sarawak. We were tasked to design flexible working spaces for their new premises that could cater for a myriad of different functions. We sought to create a hybrid space for Architects, Graduates and members of the public that showcased good design and sensibilities no matter how big or small the footprint. Utilising materials commonly used in building construction such as oxidised metal, in-situ concrete and plywood, the PAMSC Centre is an example of how humble building materials can be used to create memorable spaces and interiors.
