AEON Shopping Mall was developed by CLD Commercial and is currently operated by AEON Co (M) Bhd – one of the leading shopping centre operators in Japan which also has a large presence in Malaysia. This is AEON’s first shopping mall in East Malaysia.

The Mall has three levels of retail space and four levels of car parks with a total of around 1,600 car parks. The retail areas are organized along a central shopping street with a 3-storey high atrium space. At the centre of the building is a large circular atrium with skylights. At both ends of the building are two other circular atriums – the north court and south court. The anchor tenant is AEON’s own supermarket and departmental stores on the northern end of the building.

The main emphasis of the design is to provide a convenient and attractive, family-friendly shopping environment for the patrons. This project was completed in 2018.
