Danau Permy Clubhouse

The Danau Permy Clubhouse is a private clubhouse developed by Naim Land Sdn Bhd to serve the Southlake Permyjaya Residential Project. The clubhouse consists of a multi-purpose hall, squash courts, gym, library, café and an Olympic size swimming pool.

The design of the clubhouse is based on a tropical concept – with naturally ventilated lobbies, covered corridors and common spaces connecting the various facilities together. The open concept allows maximum air-flow through the complex, as well as providing unhindered views to the landscaped spaces surrounding the buildings. The clubhouse also fronts a lake which anchors the whole development.

The architectural design of the building is modern and clean line, with an overarching theme based on raindrops which give rise to the patterns on the walls, windows and floor tiles. The soaring roof over the main entrance lobby and secondary lobby provide a welcoming visage to the visitors and users. The design of the reception counter and backdrop was inspired by the waves in the water, as evident in the gentle overlapping waves of timber that provide a striking focal point in the main entrance lobby.
