We were approached by the clients to design a dental practice with a clean and professional outlook. The site was an existing shop house ground floor unit that was situated at a corner. Given the possibility of having 2 shopfronts from the front and side, we took advantage of this by placing a series of windows along the side to allow natural light to enter the central core spaces. Keeping the material & colour palette simple, we used neutral hues of silver and white, combining it with natural timber and white marble. A combination of concealed indirect & direct lighting was used to softly highlight areas of interest such as the Reception Backdrop & Waiting Area. Our scope of services included graphic designs for the logo, room signages & way-finding, submissions for relevant local authority & statutory approvals, detail drawings for tender and construction, as well as basic lighting design.
