Eden-on-the-Park is Malaysia’s first integrated active retired living (ARL) community aimed at retirees who wish to live in a resort environment. It consists of a 14-storey apartment tower, single-storey villas, and a 140-bed Care Residence, set amidst lush landscaping.

Eden-on-the-Park focuses on strategies that allow residents to age in place. Communal spaces and facilities, such as sky gardens and lounges, create daily opportunities for interaction to combat loneliness. Dual-key, senior-friendly apartment units allow more flexible living arrangements; a portion of each apartment can house visiting adult children, or be leased out to a tenant if downsizing is required.

The Care Residence caters for those who need closer health supervision; this greatly diminishes the physical and emotional difficulties of leaving familiar surroundings when residents ultimately become too infirm to stay on their own.
